Our products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. After successful payment confirmation, you receive access to your purchase through your account (My Account → Downloads), normally within 15 minutes. A confirmation email is sent to the address you gave at checkout, and your files stay available in your account so you can download them again.
Consultation: after payment we email you within 1 working day to confirm a time for your 30-minute video call; the call link is sent by email, and a short written summary follows the session. Service projects are different: their timeline and handover are set out in your written quote, and we hand over a tested automation with a short explanation. For downloadable products, files are supplied as PDF and ZIP documents. Some course examples need free software such as Python or Node.js, as explained in the product description. If you cannot access your purchase, or the file does not open, write to mail@flowschool.in with your order number and we will fix it; see the Refund Policy if we cannot.
