Digital courses and downloads
Our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be taken back, so we do not offer refunds after a download.
We will refund an order in these cases only:
- we did not deliver the product, or you cannot access it and we are unable to fix this;
- the file is defective or cannot be opened and we are unable to replace it; or
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
Consulting and automation services
The refund terms of each service project are written in its quote. In general: if we have not started the work, we refund the payment in full; if work has started, we refund the part that corresponds to work not yet done, as set out in the quote; and if we cannot deliver what the quote promises, we refund the amount for the undelivered part. Completed and accepted work is not refundable.
How to ask
Email mail@flowschool.in with your order number as soon as you notice the problem, and describe what went wrong. We will reply within one working day.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the credit.
