This policy explains how NALCIBA (“FlowSchool”, “we”) handles personal data collected through flowschool.in.
What we collect
- Orders and accounts: your name, email address, mobile number, order history and a password (stored in hashed form by WordPress).
- Payments: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and a payment ID; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.
- Free sample sign-ups: your email address, whether you confirmed it, and a record of your consent (the wording, date and time).
- Consultation enquiries: your name, email, mobile number, the topic, the details you write and your consent. If we work together, we may need limited access to the business accounts involved; this is shared securely, never by email, and used only for the agreed work.
- Messages to us: whatever you choose to send when you write to support.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details in server logs, used for security and fixing problems, and cookies needed for login, cart and checkout.
Why we use it
- to process your order, deliver your downloads and keep your account working;
- to give support, reply to enquiries and prepare quotes for consulting work;
- to send receipts and account emails;
- to email you the free sample and, only if you ticked the consent box, occasional course updates (every email has an unsubscribe link);
- to prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with Razorpay (payments), our website hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Free-sample subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any period the law requires; you can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to work. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. Payment notification logs are kept for a limited period (90 days) and then deleted.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for login, the cart and checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics at present. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Security
The Site uses HTTPS, access to administration is restricted, and payment details are handled by Razorpay rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will act and notify you as the law requires if something goes wrong.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Write to mail@flowschool.in and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. If you are not satisfied, use our Grievance Redressal page.
Children
The Site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
